2/21/2024 0 Comments Goku learns instant transmission![]() Over time he was able to adapt and then prove himself far superior to those conditions, as shown through his super strength, super speed, flight, laser-vision, x-ray vision and perfectly combed hair. Now like I said, Superman is from another planet, Krytpon, thus making him alienated to most of Earth's atmospheric features. We'll start with the one everyone already knows about: However, I will include the movies, even the newest one, Battle of Gods so to account for the Super Saiyan God form.Īnd before I can get into the nitty-gritty stuff here, I have to give some exposition on the traits of both our combatants before explaining how the fight would go down and who would win. This debate circles around most all Superman lore, but I will not include Dragon Ball GT because that is not canon to the Dragon Ball universe. ![]() Goku had to train a lot, even die, to get his powers to where they are now. However, Superman did not necessarily train to get his powers, they were always there and adapted with him over time. Except Krypton wasn't blown up by a space lord, nor as Jor-El nearly as cool as Bardock. They're from a dying race that saw their planet explode and just escaped it. Right now we get down to the most famous super hero and anime's poster boy: Superman and Goku.īoth have similar origins. Most people always wonder who would win in a fight: Batman or Superman? That answer is easier than it looks, it's obviously Batman. I'll give my thoughts on that game soon, too, don't you worry. I figured I would answer the age-old question mostly because I have been playing a lot of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z lately and that gets me to thinking. Vegeta himself has been shown doing that when fighting opponents weaker than him, which is the exact same reason that he has that issue when fighting opponents stronger and faster than him, because their movements are just so fast to him that he can't see where they're moving to until it's too late.I'll give my answer at the end, because, what good is an answer without an explanation? They aren't actually teleporting around or anything like that, but are simply moving so fast that it seems like they disappear and then reappear elsewhere. It's simply a visible representation to show that the one individual is simply faster than the other. The other "technique" you're talking about isn't "instant transmission" or "instantaneous movement" or anything like that at all. You could have a ki blast fired at you, and whereas with normal movement, you could get hit if you charged toward the person firing, with the Shunkan Idou, you could teleport toward the person firing and not be touched by the blast. Two, when in the process of going from one spot to another with it, you can't be hit (it doesn't actually work the way the 6th Z movie indicates, where it's some kind of alternate dimension they travel through) at all. One, it exceeds all forms of conventional speed, as movement with it is legitimately instant. It is advantageous to use in combat for two reasons. In and out of battle, This and the Kaioushin's Kai Kai are the only two actual teleportation abilities, and in the 6th Z movie (which you mentioned), this is the technique both Goku and Meta Coola were using. It's disappearing from one spot and reappearing in another without physically traversing the distance between those two spots. The Shunkan Idou, or teleportation, is just that.
